SBMA Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

Staff Benefits Management Inc. Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

From the former employee’s very first day on the job on January 27, 2020, to his last day on the job, he was unlawfully discriminated against, harassed, disparaged, and retaliated against for reporting unlawful discrimination against him. He was fired….on the same day and within hours after he reported the discrimination to owner Frank Crivello and his sister Antoinette Bryant, head of human resources.

The former employee filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against Staff Benefits Management Inc. and its owner Frank Crivello, his sister Antoinette Bryant and Matt Dobry, the former employee’s supervisor. The former employee did not have a lawyer and prepared and filed his lawsuit entirely on his own as a self-represented Plaintiff.

Unfortunately, as is almost always the case, the judge in the case was prejudiced against the self-represented litigant and ruled against the Plaintiff despite overwhelming facts, evidence and law against her decision. However, Plaintiff filed his Appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and WON his Appeal. The case is now back in federal trial court and proceeding.
