SBMA Benefits Lawsuit

SBMA Benefits Lawsuit alleges that the company fired an older immigrant employee after he complained of severe discrimination and hostile treatment by his supervisor Matt Dobry, the owner Frank Crivello, his sister Antoinette Bryant and others based on his age, national origin and race among others. Additionally, the company that calls itself Staff Benefits Management Administrators (SBMA Benefits), fired the employee at the height of COVID-19 pandemic when millions of Americans were out of work. Furthermore, the company made a false and defamatory excuse that the employee was not performing and yet, he was given great performance reviews. The employee was fired the same day and within a few hours of complaining of discrimination and harassment.

This company that calls itself SBMA Benefits and its owners Frank Crivello, his two sisters and their so-called “chief technology officer” Matt Dobry fired an excellent worker only because of their animus towards an older immigrant. Despite giving him two good performance reviews in three months, they fired him.

The former employee sued the owner Frank Crivello, his sister Antoinette Bryant, their so-called tech boy Matt Dobry and others for civil rights violations, disparate treatment, hostile work environment, retaliation, failure to prevent harassment, discrimination and retaliation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

For the last two years, the former employee has fought these corrupt people and their corrupt company in federal court. People like them think that just because they have come into some money, they are above the law and can just hire expensive lawyers to do their bidding for them. These people will realize that their money cannot buy them a conscience and justice cannot always be bought just because they can hire so-called big name law firms against the former employee who does not even have a lawyer and is self-represented in his lawsuit.
